Drink Tea!!!

Hey guys just to let you know that I have teamed up with a Tea company to launch my very own blend of Herbal Teas!! Apart from making you feel great herbal tea is actually quite relaxing and calming and is great for promoting antioxidants which have been known to boost your immune system and stave off sickness! Yes there are several teas on the market to deal with specific needs such as tiredness and bloating just to name a few but I decided to blend my own for something a little different!!

The first blend is to boost your sex drive it is a soft blend of oyster and ginger! My friends have tried it and are completely hooked!!

Welcome to the Wonderful world of Havana

Hi everyone...this is my first blog, so let me tell you what I hope to have on my web site. It is so exciting at the moment and I am so busy. Recording songs, dancing, shooting videos and photo shoots, it is everything I always dreamed of. I will keep you up to date with everything, so you can share my journey.

One big thing to look out for is that we are launching a competition to find the hottest Latin dancer. I will be giving you tips along the way in a series of videos. This week we will start in the gym and then look out for the rest that will follow each week. At the end I will invite you to send in your own video and the winner will be in the 'Dance Like That' video that will be made later this year.

I am also doing a big photo shoot this week and I will post the pictures as soon as they are ready. There will also be tips on diet, beauty and fashion as well as other stuff that is important to me and stories that happen along the way.
